Red hot cottage cheese curry : Jungle sting receipe

A very good morning all.woke up this morning with a little gloom hovering over my head from late night discussions with my ex gf turned wife,this calls for a spicy ‘tadka’ to begin the day.
So, here I’m giving out a recipie from my personal collection for others to try.
The aroma of this particular dish is good enough to make anyone want another serving

Ingredients :

4oo gms Cottage cheese

2 Partially ripe medium tomatoes
1 Onion medium sized
1/2 tea spoon Cumin seeds
1 pinch Black mustard seeds

1 tea spoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 Dalle chilli
2 tea spoon Dry fenugreek leaves crushed.
1 tea spoon Garam masala .
5 Red chillis
50 ml Oil to cook .

Heat oil on pan, add cumin seeds, red chillies followed by mustard seeds when they start to pop add sliced onion and stir till brown.Add turmeric ,red chilli powder ,salt ,Dalle chilli all at once mix well till the mixture takes color of turmeric and chilies evenly.

Add fingute cut chunks of cottage cheese at this time, gently toss and stirr for two minutes.
Add garam masaala at this time ,add finely chopped tomatoes. Stirr twice or thrice,sprinkle fenu greek leaves, cover up and let it cook over medium flame for fifteen minutes.

Decorate with red chillies..
